- Consult your physician before begining with any exercise program.
- This training product is made of natural rubber latex which can cause allergic reactions to some people.
- Always include a warmup program before begining with any exercises.
- Examine loop before use every time. Discard and replace with a new one if you found tears, punctures or any other damage on the loop.
- Should you experience discomfort during exercising, for example: dizziness, sharp pain or shortness of breadth, stop exercises immediately and consult a physician.
- Remove finger rings, hand jewellery before training with the Loop. Avoid damaging the Loop with for example long finger-nails or sharp objects.
- Wear comfortable shoes with non-slip soles. Avoid shoes with rough soles or spiky heels.
- Wear a pair of comfortable close fitting cotton leggings or thigh-high socks. This prevents the skin rubbing with the material of the loop while exercising. It also helps the loop to remain stable around the legs.
- Keep loop dry at all times. Avoid contact for example with water or sweat while exersing.
- To clean loop, use a soft cloth which has been thoroughly squeezed of water and gently wipe the surface of the Loop. Hang to dry on both sides. After completely drying, dust with talcum powder or corn starch both sides.
- Store loop in a clean, dark, dry and cool place. Avoid exposure from direct sunlight or heat.
- This training product is not a toy for children to play with.
